Booking Forms

This page provides downloadable forms that we use so that you can complete them and simply drop them off at the office. All files on this website are Adobe Acrobat format. If you do not have Acrobat installed on your PC or MAC, click here to access the download from the Adobe website.

When booking an event please consult  and check there are no other community events running.


If you are considering booking the hall for an event or meeting please confirm availability by either consulting the diary tab or contacting the manager who will make a provisional booking for two weeks to give you time to fill in and return the booking paperwork. 

To make an official booking the booking form must be returned to the manger with a deposit cheque.  The booking form can be downloaded below or can be obtained from the manager.  The office is open every morning from 9:30 – 12:30 in term time, alternatively please phone or email.  


A deposit against breakage and damage is required when booking the hall.  The deposit is £50 for the main hall and £30 for the meeting rooms.  Cheques should be made payable to ‘Stanwick Village Hall Trust’.  The full hire fee is due prior to the event. The deposit cheque is returned once the room has been checked after the event.

The Village Hall office is open 9:30 -12:30 weekdays during term time where our Hall Facilities Manager, Rebecca Moody will be available to help and advise you. At other times, Rebecca can be contacted on the numbers below.
